All items are non-refundable since they are custom-made. Only exchange is possible if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchased product within 7 days. The delivery fee is 4.99 GBP.

We learned from years of experience that most of the order returns due to wrong size selection from the customers. To avoid that common mistake, we always help our customers to choose the correct size for them.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you ensure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
