We strive to ensure accurate order processing, but occasionally errors may occur. In such instances, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Please note that all items are custom-made and non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange the product within 7 days. The delivery fees are 4.99 GBP for the United Kingdom and 14.99 GBP for the Rest of the World.

Based on our extensive experience, we've observed that many returns stem from customers selecting the wrong size or product. To help prevent this common issue, our team is always ready to assist customers in choosing the correct item.

Replacements will be processed upon receiving your items. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending back your item. We cannot reimburse the postage cost.
