Lost or Stolen Packages

MNZL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the status of your package. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost or stolen, please contact us at store@mnzl.uk and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
